Back on the Water

On Saturday, Bruce and the team completed the first water test on the new look Real Thing.

The boat certainly looked good back on the water, with Bruce gradually increasing the boats speed,stopping well short of terminal top speed and RPM.

Back in the workshop, the team downloaded the engine and performance data from the MOTEC dash ,with no problems reported.

"It was great to get back on the water today, the whole team has worked hard for months and months, we will be testing again very soon , and looking to put the boat thru a simulated race meeting running at full race pace."
